MACHINE DESCRIPTION:

Router with fixed table, CNC controlled for production of small and large size work pieces according to specific customer production requirements, this machine is also designed for the production of nested parts. A Personal Computer is employed at the front of the machine to allow almost unlimited communications and transfer of data, to and from the PSD control system, the PC is ready to accept Ucancam V9.

Basic Machine:

X-Axis - Left and Right

Heavy duty welded steel box design Gantry Bridge with multiple reinforcements to the interior. This cross beam is for mounting the spindle carrier unit.

Y-Axis - Front and Back

Massive, heavy duty welded steel box type design machine base with multiple reinforcements to increase strength and absorb vibrations. This base incorporates bolt type leveling pads for accurate machine setting.

Z-Axis - Up and Down

The spindle carrier is a specially designed casting with high strength and inherent vibration dampening characteristics. Intelligent forecast algorithm ensures high speed engraving, synchronous curve & beeline engraving, perfect curve.

All machine movements including the X,Y and Z axes use a hardened and precision ground guide rail system hardened and precision ground ball screw with anti-backlash ball nuts and digital stepper motor.

Working Spindle

The machine is equipped with a 3.0 kw router head with variable speeds from 6000 to 24000 rpm. A fast efficient dynamic spindle brake is incorporated in the spindle. A dust extraction hood is provided for each unit, with automatic aspiration opening of the unit in use. The hood is of high efficient design and connected to extraction by flexible hose.

Fixed Working Table:

The vacuum table is of highly torsion resistance cast iron and steel with a 30 mm solid laminated extra hard Phenolic resin top with grooves and vacuum holes for mounting the work piece or holding fixture. This table surface has a new design of grooves and intermediate channels; the table is connected to 1 x 80/100/140/250 CBM/hr vacuum pump (1PUMP INCLUDED). The table and pump combinations will allow you a wide range of flexibility in holding large as well as small work pieces.

Electronic Equipment:

CONTROLLER with Windows XP interface.

Hand held remote control is mounted in the front of the electric cabinet for easy access by the operator.

Lubrication Equipment:

Linear guides are manual lubricated by centralized grease systems.

Basic Equipment:

A safety device for the working area to inhibit the operator from entering the working spindles moving area. Safety switch on door to prohibit opening while machine is in operation. Emergency stop switch on machine to emergency stop the machine while machine is in operation.
